Costello Tours Cancellation Policy

There are many up-front costs to organizing trips such as these, such as pre-paying hotels and in-country transportation. If your plans change or you are unable to travel for any reason and you cancel 60 or more days prior to the start of the tour, we will refund 25% of what you've paid us. We will also make every effort to refund on top of the 25% when possible, however we cannot guarantee it. Also, within 59 days of the start of the tour we cannot guarantee any refund.

This policy ensures that Costello Tours can remain small in size and offer the excellent personalized service that is our goal.

In the highly unusual event that Costello Tours would need to reschedule or cancel a trip for a non-Covid related event, we will offer you the option of a) joining us on a rescheduled trip at a later date, b) applying your payment(s) toward a different trip, or c) receiving a full refund.
