Costello Tours Cancellation Policy

There are many up-front costs to organizing trips such as these, such as pre-paying hotels and in-country transportation. If your plans change or you are unable to travel for any reason and you cancel 45 or more days prior to the start of the tour, we will refund 25% of what you've paid us. We will also make every effort to refund on top of the 25% when possible, however we cannot guarantee it. Also, within 44 days of the start of the tour we cannot guarantee any refund.

This policy ensures that Costello Tours can remain small in size and offer the excellent personalized service that is our goal.

In the highly unusual event that Costello Tours would need to reschedule or cancel a trip for a non-Covid related event, we will offer you the option of a) joining us on a rescheduled trip at a later date, b) applying your payment(s) toward a different trip, or c) receiving a full refund.

Covid-19 Entry Requirements

**Note: Every participant on a Costello Tours trip is required to conform to the specific entry requirements (i.e. vaccinations and Covid tests) of each country we visit. While we respect the individual’s right to decide whether or not to be vaccinated or to perform any other required health-related procedure, whether for Covid-19 or any other contagious disease, the failure to meet the entry requirements of a country does not qualify as a travel restriction that is the basis for a refund. Further, if you or a family member gets sick prior to or during the trip, you will need to have your own medical and trip cancellation insurance to cover any costs incurred.

All trips that are moving forward are not refundable.
